“Absolutely thrilled with the service and attention from Rick at Greens's Air Quality! From start to finish he was fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. The reports were impressively detailed yet easy to understand, making it simple for me to follow along. Thanks to their humidity readers and lab tests, they pinpointed exactly where the mold was. I highly recommend their services!”
I had a plumbing leakage that caused mold damage in my condo. I called Greene's Air Quality for a testing. Rick Greene scheduled a site visit promptly and arrived at the schedule time. He did a great job explaining all the issues with mold damage and the steps necessary to remediate the issue. He recommended a remediation company he works closely with, and they did a very professional job in addressing the issue. Afterwards, Rick followed up for a clearance testing. Again, he collected samples and promptly processed them at the lab, and followed up with a clearance report the next day. Thank you Rick for your professionalism and honesty in helping me resolve my mold problem. -Alex T.
Rick was great to work with on our personal home. We wanted to do a test after a rain storm and he was willing to wait for a storm and come by on a short time notice to do the test. Definitely recommend his services. Thank you!
